Check-in & check-out
Check-in 2:00 PM · Check-out 11:30 AM
Extra guests
₹1,200 per person per night. Children under 6 stay free; ages 6–11 are ₹600 per night; 12 and above pay the full guest charge.
How to book
- Pay a 50% advance to block your dates.
- We email a confirmation once the advance is received.
- Pay the rest at check-in.

Cancellation
- 10 or more days before check-in: full refund
- 7–9 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Within 7 days of check-in: no refund
Payment
Advance by UPI or bank transfer. Balance by cash, UPI or bank transfer.
At the villa
Parking just outside the villa. Pickup/drop on advance request (extra charge). Pets welcome. Smoking outside only. Alcohol not allowed as per state rules.

- Quiet hours 11 PM – 7 AM
- Extra guests or overnight visitors need our approval in advance
- Shoes off indoors

- Lock doors and windows when you step out
- Please report any damage right away; damage from misuse is charged
- Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash properly
- Kutch is water-scarce — please use water mindfully
